This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you use our website and mobile applications. By accessing or using STARTNGO’s platforms, you expressly consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or applications.
General
STARTNGO does not sell or rent customer names or personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only with authorized partners or vendors engaged to provide services or accessories. Communications sent by STARTNGO via email, SMS, or WhatsApp are strictly related to service delivery, product updates, or this policy. We may disclose personal information where required by law or valid legal requests.
Personal Information
Personal Information includes data that identifies an individual, such as name, contact details, email address, payment details, and vehicle information provided to access services. While browsing our platforms, we may also collect technical data such as IP address, ISP details, and anonymous usage statistics.

We use your information to:

WhatsApp Communication
By placing a booking through our app or website, you consent to receive transactional communications from STARTNGO via WhatsApp.

PART B – Terms Applicable to Customers
1. Customer Registration
To access full features, users must register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for updating their details as required.
2. Provision of Services
STARTNGO enables customers to discover and book automotive service providers. Services may be modified, added, or removed at STARTNGO’s discretion. Customers must book services only for genuine requirements and provide truthful feedback.
3. Payments
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. STARTNGO does not store payment details. Prices shown may exclude additional services identified at the time of service, which will be agreed directly between the customer and service provider.
4. Limitation of Responsibility
STARTNGO acts as a facilitation platform and shall not be responsible for the quality or performance of services provided by third-party dealers or partners.
Subscription Plans
Details of STARTNGO 2W and 4W Standard Plans, pricing, coverage, duration, inclusions, exclusions, and additional charges apply as listed at the time of subscription. Customers must be active subscribers to avail benefits. Certain services may attract additional charges based on time, vehicle type, or nature of request.
1. Customers wishing to avail STARTNGO services must hold an active and valid STARTNGO subscription.
2. Any services shall commence only after a cooling period of 24 hours from the date of successful subscription enrolment.
3. A maximum of three (3) explicit punctures occurring at the same time on a single tyre or tube shall be treated as one (1) puncture incident. This condition applies exclusively to annual puncture subscription plans.
4. Valve neck issues are not covered under standard flat tyre repair services, as such cases typicallyrequire tyre or tube replacement. However, valve neck replacement may be considered on a case-bycase basis at an additional nominal charge, inclusive of material cost (refer Point 20).
5. Valve pin-related issues shall be addressed at an additional charge as specified in the applicable rate card (refer Point 20).
6. STARTNGO subscriber benefits are applicable across Bengaluru Urban District, Karnataka, within BBMP jurisdiction limits. In such cases, STARTNGO will provide flat tyre or tube repair assistance at the breakdown location.
7. STARTNGO service patrols may not carry all spare parts. Any parts replaced or procured on behalf of the subscriber shall be chargeable, subject to prior approval from the STARTNGO Office / Support Team. Extended services beyond flat tyre or tube repair shall be provided only with explicit consent and approval.
8. STARTNGO subscriptions are person-based (registered mobile number) and must remain active and up to date to avail service benefits.
9. In the case of 4-wheelers fitted with tubed tyres, the tyre may need to be taken to a nearby puncture service provider. Any such external service costs shall be borne by the customer and charged as per the puncture vendor’s discretion.
10. STARTNGO reserves the right to revise subscription package pricing at its discretion at any time.
11. If a subscriber’s vehicle is found to have a bald or unsafe tyre, STARTNGO will provide flat tyre assistance a maximum of two (2) times. Subsequent requests shall not be entertained, and tyre replacement is recommended as a permanent solution.
13. For two-wheeler subscribers with registered vehicles exceeding 250 CC capacity or classified as superbikes, flat tyre assistance shall be provided at an additional charge (refer Point 20).
14. STARTNGO subscribers may avail services 24/7, alongside on-demand customers. Services requested between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM shall be subject to night service charges as specified in the rate card (refer Point 20).
15. Additional charges shall apply for air filling of tyres other than the punctured / flat tyre, as per the applicable rate card (refer Point 20).
16. For on-demand or instant service requests where the tyre damage is deemed unrepairable on-site and requires replacement, the service amount paid shall be non-refundable.
17. Subscribers are required to enable GPS/GPRS access on their devices to allow STARTNGO to track the service location and facilitate timely assistance.
18. If a vehicle registered under either subscription or on-demand service has tubed tyres, the service patrol may need to transport the tyre to a nearby service provider. Any such charges shall be levied at the discretion of STARTNGO staff.
19. STARTNGO services are strictly limited to two-wheelers and four-wheelers only.
20. Additional services and charges shall be applicable as per the STARTNGO Rate Card, exclusive of accessory costs.
21. Service Availability: STARTNGO offers its services exclusively within the city limits of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
22. On-Site Repairs / Start-Up Issues: STARTNGO may provide minor on-site repairs or start-up assistance that can be reasonably carried out at the location. Deployment of an on-site repair technician shall be at the sole discretion of STARTNGO, based on the nature and feasibility of the issue reported.
23. On-Call Support: STARTNGO subscribers and on-demand customers may be provided telephonic guidance and technical assistance for minor issues, such as dashboard warnings (e.g., Check Engine Light), where feasible.
24. Special Exclusions: The following scenarios are expressly excluded from coverage under the STARTNGO Service Program. STARTNGO shall not be liable for any assistance costs arising from:
a) Any loss, theft, damage, death, bodily injury, cost, or expense not directly attributable to the incident giving rise to the service request, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
b) Ionizing radiation or radioactive contamination arising from nuclear fuel or nuclear waste.
c) Radioactive, toxic, explosive, or other hazardous properties of nuclear equipment, war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, terrorism, hostilities (declared or undeclared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, riot, or civil commotion.
d) Declared natural disasters, including but not limited to hail, floods, storms, hurricanes, heavy rain, sleet, snow, wind, lightning, or similar events officially declared by authorities that result in vehicle immobilization.
e) Consequences arising from the use of drugs, narcotics, or substances not medically prescribed, or abuse of alcohol.
f) Vehicles involved in motor racing, rallies, speed or endurance tests, practice runs, or operated outside officially recognized roads.
g) Assistance required due to wars, riots, uprisings, mass political demonstrations, strikes, military use, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, extreme or freak weather conditions, atmospheric phenomena, nuclear transformation phenomena, or radiation caused by artificial acceleration of atomic particles.
h) Punctures or damage caused by deliberate acts, vandalism, or involvement in criminal activity or offences.
i) Immobilization resulting from actions or intervention by police or other authorities.
j) Damage resulting from use of the vehicle contrary to the manufacturer’s owner manual or recommended guidelines.
k) Repetitive punctures or breakdowns caused due to failure to repair the vehicle after STARTNGO’s initial intervention.
l) Any consequential losses, indirect costs, or damage to property arising from a vehicle breakdown.
25. Adverse Weather Conditions During adverse weather conditions such as floods, heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, or similar external factors, service delivery may be delayed or temporarily suspended if it becomes physically unsafe or impractical to provide assistance. Services shall resume once conditions improve.
26. External Factors Affecting Response Time While STARTNGO patrol teams make every reasonable effort to reach customers promptly, response times may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location of breakdown, traffic conditions, weather, and demand volume at the time of request.
27. Right of Refusal STARTNGO reserves the right to refuse or withdraw service benefits, in whole or in part, if it is determined that the customer has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information relating to eligibility or service entitlements.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India.
29. Service Limitations STARTNGO shall not address any issue that cannot be rectified on-site or requires specialized, heavy, or high-end equipment beyond the scope of standard roadside assistance services.
PART D – Terms Applicable to Partners (Service Providers)
Partners must register with accurate business details and comply with all applicable laws. STARTNGO does not guarantee service volumes or earnings. Partners are solely responsible for service quality, pricing agreements with customers, and legal compliance.
STARTNGO shall not be liable for customer feedback or disputes arising between partners and customers, except in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
PART E – General Terms Applicable to All Users
Security and Acceptable Use
Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials and use the platform lawfully. STARTNGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or policy violations.
Disclaimers and Liability
STARTNGO provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
STARTNGO may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms. Users may terminate their registration by written notice.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, and materials are the intellectual property of STARTNGO and may not be used without authorization.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Communicate updates, offers, and service-related information
- No refunds will be processed for on-demand services.
- Cancellation by subscribed users will result in deduction of one service instance.
